"The whole site felt like a little maze..."
The whole site felt like a little maze. I kept clicking around trying to find basic stuff, and then checkout turned into its own confusing little circus. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely annoying

"Bulk order was a bit more trouble than I expected"
I ordered a bulk pack for our kitchen, and while it mostly worked out, a few of the items showed up bent. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would, though maybe that was just bad timing. Customer service did get back to me, but it felt slow. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, exactly, but I’m not sure I’d call it a good one either.

"I bought this pan thinking it..."
I bought this pan thinking it would be a solid everyday option, but it really didn’t live up to what I expected. I was using it daily, and after about a week the coating already started sticking. The handle also feels a bit loose, which doesn’t make me feel great about using it often. I reached out to support, but the response was slow. Overall, I expected something more reliable, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Limited selection and a bit frustrating"
I was hoping to find a few things I liked, but the selection felt limited. The sizes and styles I wanted were either missing or hard to find, so I ended up looking on other sites instead. It got frustrating enough that I felt like this is something the store really needs to address.

"Customer service felt dismissive"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but the customer service response wasn’t very helpful. The replies came across as kind of short and dismissive, and they didn’t really address what I was asking. I ended up having to repeat myself a few times, which got frustrating quickly. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but based on the tone and how little help I got, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to contact them again.

I’ve ordered kitchen stuff online before and usually the descriptions are close, but this one from kitchendance.com wasn’t totally accurate. The item itself was okay, but the listing made it sound a bit different than what actually showed up. The size and some of the details could’ve been clearer, so I was a little disappointed when I opened the package. It wasn’t a terrible order, I just wish the description had been more exact before I bought it.

"Box showed up beat up"
The order got here in a smashed-up box, which was annoying right away. The stuff inside had hardly any protection, just kind of tossed in there like that was good enough. Nothing felt properly packed, so yeah, I’m not happy with the packaging at all.

I tried kitchendance.com because I found a promo code, and to be fair, it did save me a little. The prices felt kind of hit or miss though, some items seemed like a better deal than others. Checkout was easy enough, so no complaints there. I just wish the discounts were a bit more obvious and stuck around longer. Overall, it was okay, but not something I’d call an amazing deal...

"Support just wasn’t very helpful"
I had a frustrating experience with customer support. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just a clear answer to my question, but the replies took a while and when they finally came through, they didn’t really address what I was asking. It felt more like they were sending basic copy-and-paste responses than actually reading what I wrote.

I ended up having to repeat myself more than once, which got old really fast. By the end of it, I still didn’t feel like my issue was properly handled, and it left a bad impression overall. Based on that experience, I really don’t see myself ordering from them again

"Decent, but the details weren’t very clear"
It’s okay overall, but I was expecting it to feel a bit sturdier. The quality isn’t bad, just not quite what I had in mind. I also found the communication/details a little unclear, which was annoying because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect before it arrived.

"Disappointed it didn’t last"
I only got to use this twice before the handle snapped, which was frustrating. I don’t expect everything to last forever, but when something breaks that quickly, it makes you feel like you wasted your money and should’ve gone with a sturdier option from the start...

I emailed KitchenDance about my order the wait for a reply felt way too long. I wasn’t expecting an instant answer or anything, but it still dragged on enough that I started getting frustrated.

When they finally did get back to me, the response was polite, so I’ll give them that, but it also seemed like they hadn’t really read my message. I had to explain the same issue again, which was annoying, even though they weren’t rude about it.

Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, because the site itself seemed fine and I’ve heard other people had no problems. But for me, the customer service was disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed help quickly

I was disappointed when my order showed up with different items than what I actually picked. I’ve ordered from other places before and usually don’t run into this kind of mix-up, so this was frustrating. I just wanted what I paid for, but instead I had to deal with the wrong stuff.

"Expected items to be in stock, but they weren’t"
I ordered a couple of kitchen items because the site showed them as available, so I expected the purchase to go through without any issues. Instead, I got a message later saying they weren’t actually in stock. That was frustrating, especially since the site didn’t make it clear at all. It felt like a waste of time, and I’m not sure I’d bother trying again.

"A bit frustrating to use on my phone"
so I tried browsing kitchendance.com on my phone, and it was kind of annoying. The pages felt cluttered, the search didn’t really help me find what I needed, and checkout was confusing to follow. I ended up giving up after a little while.

"Looks nothing like the photos"
I feel stupid for trusting the pictures. The color and finish of what showed up were completely different from what was advertised. I was really disappointed when I opened it.

"Shipping was quicker then expected"
I ordered a couple of kitchen things and the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. Got the tracking email soon after ordering, and it actually kept updating, which doesnt always happen so that was nice.

I only knocked off one star becuase the box had a small dent on the side when it showed up, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall I'm happy with how fast it got here.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size from KitchenDance last week after checking the size chart, and when it arrived a few days later, the fit was completely off. The waist was tight, but the length was oddly long, so it just looked awkward on me.
I had taken the time before buying to compare my measurements with their guide, which made it even more frustrating. After trying it on and going back over the chart, I wouldn’t order again because the sizing just doesn’t feel reliable.

"Prices were just too much"
I checked it out and the prices felt steep for what you get. I just didn’t feel like it was worth paying that much. Not for me.
